I also want to shout out Vidal for his willingness to be flexible and work with us to ensure that we could still go on the boat tour when our flights from USA to Venice through Montreal was cancelled last minute and rebooked by the airline into a different route 6 hours later - he was kind enough to check in, hold off departure for a few minutes to alllow us to we make the tour!
